★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis slow, kebanyakkan staf kurang pengetahuan. Apa yang mereka jawap hanya "online, boleh online, guna online sekarang". Ingat online tu semua perkhidmatan boleh guna ke? Menyusahkan bagi orang2 yang datang dari jauh untuk dapatkan perkhidmatan tetapi dapat jawapan tak cerdik macam tu. Mohon perbaiki cara melayan pelanggan.
Service is slow, most staff are less knowledgeable. All they say is "online, online, online now". Remember that online service all available? It's hard for people who come from far away to get a service but they can get such an intelligent answer. Please improve how you serve customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kena baiki SOP. Kalau dah tau ada dokumen extra yang diperlukan macam surat beranak ke, bagitau lah dekat kaunter ambil nombor. Takdelah pelanggan tunggu 40 min+ baru dapat tau. Bukan salah staff, tapi sila baiki SOP ni untuk seluruh Bank Islam. Terima kasih.
Got SOP. If you already know that there are extra documents needed such as a birth certificate, tell them near the counter to take the number. Customers do not have to wait 40 minutes + to find out. Not the fault of the staff, but please fix this SOP for the whole of Bank Islam. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nak tukar nombor telefon dlm akaun bank je pun.. call bank islam, suruh buat thru kaunter.. pergi kaunter suruh buat thru atm.. pening kepala aku.. pergi atm, cari option utk tukar nombor phone takde, lagi cam harreyy..
I want to change the phone number in my bank account too .. call an Islamic bank, tell me to do it thru the counter .. go to the counter, tell me to do it thru the ATM .. I'm dizzy .. go to the ATM, look for an option to change the phone number, no more cam harreyy ..
