★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini, anak saya buka akaun baru di bank islam...beratur dr puk 10.30 dgn 12 org yg lain...tunggu punya tunggu puk3.00 masih duk tunggu giliran lagi....4 jam x blh buka akaun lagi....ya Allah...zohor x myg lagi ni...ketika saya menulis ni ada 3 org lagi...nyepuk dgn asar...
 Today, my son opened a new account at the Islamic bank ... queuing from 10.30 with 12 other people ... wait, wait until 3.00, still waiting for another turn .... 4 hours x can open another account .. ..ya Allah ... zohor x myg lagi ni ... when I wrote this there were 3 more people ... patted with asar ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak sistematik nk buka acc je mcm mnde kne tunggu....hmpir 30 minit org yg bukak acc tggu kt dlm tk proceed2 lagi....tk sediakn kerusi dasar kupit
It's not systematic, if I open the account, how can I wait here ... for almost 30 minutes, people who open the account wait until I don't proceed anymore ... I don't have a basic seat available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pegi punya pegi, mostly cdm mmg byk buat maslaah, minta tlg upgradr system sbb da 2021 and da nk masuk 22, penat berdiri menunggu, pastu nak bukak acc pon mmg lambat, mmg lama. 3 4 jam tu biasa :(
Pegi has pegi, mostly cdm mmg byk for problems, ask tlg upgradr system sbb da 2021 and da nk enter 22, tired of standing waiting, must want to open acc pon mmg slow, mmg long. 3 4 hours is normal :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang untuk urusan pengeluaran wang dikaunter & buat kad untuk orang tua yang uzur. Alhamdulillah disantuni dan dibantu oleh staff-staff yang cekap. Walaupun pelanggan sangat ramai, warga bank masih senyum dan memberi layanan yang baik. Tapi tak boleh nak mention nama sebab takde pakai nametag.

Untuk makluman, kat cawangan ni, ada perkhidmatan khas yang mana urusan cap jari boleh diambil dalam kereta. Tak perlu turun ke kaunter.
Come to withdraw money at the counter & make a card for the elderly. Alhamdulillah is courted and assisted by efficient staff. Even though the customers are very many, the bankers are still smiling and giving good service. But you can't mention the name because you don't use a nametag.

For your information, at this branch, there is a special service where fingerprints can be taken in the car. No need to go down to the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dalam banyak2 cwgn bank islam, servis cwngn ni yg paling x memuaskan hati. penat beratur satu hal, bila berurusan dngn pegawai x bersopan langsung. sakit hati dibuatnya
In many Islamic banks, this bank service is the most satisfying. Tired of queuing up one thing, when dealing with employees x be polite directly. it hurts
