โ โ โ โ โ A female staff member aged around twenties was being so rude towards customer. She scolded a senior citizen who asked her a question at the counter. Bank Islam should manage their staff to work ethically especially for those who works at the counter, you are presenting your company image in front of many people, manage your temper!
