★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pick up the call but didn't say anything right away hang up. So what's the point of picking up the call? Shouldn't supposed to put the phone number on Google if u died want to answerr the customer. Should i curse then will talk to me?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. It’s nearly endemic but you still have to wait outside the branch cause apparently there is still limit on seats. There are only 3 people working over the counter where they have 6. Your average waiting time is 1 hour. Just go to other branches or yet don’t go to bank islam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the chillest, less crowded bank I've ever been to. Went there around 3:40pm on Wednesday to change my card. At first I thought that it was closed because there were no customer inside, until I realized it's actually Open LOL. All the staffs are polite and efficient. No hassle, all done in fast manner.
