N	Naser Mustafa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayah saya berurusan pada 16 Julai 2020 dengan Bank Islam cawangan Pokok Sena tetapi customer service sgt mengecewakan. Ya tahu pkpp ada sop yang telah ditetapkan. Tetapi apa yang mengecewakan adalah nada suara dan arahan yang diberikan secara kasar. Semua orang punya maruah, tidak kira walaupun bukan ayah saya. Saya doakan Puan yg berurusan dgn ayah saya akan dipermudah segala urusan. Saya percaya puan faham perasaan saya sebagai anak. My father dealt on 16 July 2020 with Bank Islam Pokok Sena branch but customer service was very disappointing. Yes know pkpp there is a soup that has been set. But what is disappointing is the tone of voice and the instructions given roughly. Everyone has dignity, no matter if not my father. I pray that the lady who deals with my father will make everything easier. I believe you understand my feelings as a child.

Di bulan muliaa ni jangan laa tgur orang smpai boleh memalukan orang.. xsemuaa pgawai bank yang xokay . Ada ja yang baik . Assalamualaikum. Firstly, I want to talk to the bank officer, pokk sena, if you want to scold the old people first, don't play with the spray. And I want to be polite. In this glorious month, don't scold people until you can embarrass people ... all the bank employees are stupid. There is a good ja.
K	Kamal Ishaq on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bawa anak nak buka akaun bank. Kali pertama tak boleh berurusan lagi. Kena tetapkan tarikh nak buka akaun. Kali kedua nak berurusan, dia minta salinan surat beranak anak, sebab katanya masih tak cukup umur 18 tahun. Tahunnya memang 18 tahun tapi tak cukup bulan. Pasal apa tak bagi tahu awal, syarat macam tu. Bila minta tarikh baru yg boleh berurusan, dia kata dah penuh. Saya kata, boleh tak datang hari Jumaat ni. Dia kata boleh tapi tak comfirm boleh buat atau tidak, kerana ramai yg berurusan. Minta tarikh baru, dia kata penuh... Pening. Teruk sangat service bank islam pokok sena ni Bring your child to open a bank account. The first time I can't deal anymore. Need to set a date to open an account. The second time he wanted to deal, he asked for a copy of the birth certificate, because he said he was still not 18 years old. He is 18 years old but not enough months. Why don't you tell me in advance, such a condition. When asked for a new date that can be dealt with, he said it was full. I said, maybe not come this Friday. He said yes but did not confirm whether to do or not, because many are dealing. Ask for a new date, he said in full ... Dizziness. Very bad service of this Islamic bank

THE QUEUE OUTSIDE WAS SO LONG THAT IT CAUSED MANY CUSTOMERS TO RETURN WITHOUT DOING ANY BUSINESS
