★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minta bank statement kata dlm masa 5 hari akan hntr ke email..btw hari ke enam call suruh dtg ambik manual kalau xmasuk lg.. apesalahnye proceed je terus waktu first request tu?
Ask for a bank statement, it will be sent to an email in 5 days..btw, on the sixth day, call and ask for a manual call if you log in again .. sorry, proceed, continue at the time of the first request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service yang teruk, tidak mengutamakan kehendak pelanggan dan merumitkan kerja pelanggan. Saya ingin membuka akuan milikan tunggal. Sebelum pergi, saya ada call bertanyakan apa dokumen yang diperlukan utk buka acc milikan tunggal. Pegawai bagithu ssm dan ic sahaja. Bila sampai setelah menunggu 2 jam, saya bagi dokumen ssm(borang D) dan ic. dan bgithu dokumen tidak lengkap. Pegawai bagithu kena pergi kota bharu dekat menara ssm minta dokumen dengan ssm. Bagi saya pegawai tidak memudahkan urusan pelanggan kerana tidak menyatakan apa jenis dokumen ssm tersebut. Pada pandangan saya, sebagai pegawai yang professional, mestilah guide pelanggan dan memudahkan urusan pelagggan dengan tidak menjimatkan masa dan kos pengangkutan. Dalam dunia IT, Pihak ssm juga telah membuat website utk sebrang pembelian dokumen dan sebagainya. Pegawai harusnya menasihati supaya tidak perlu pergi ke kota bharu iaitu menara ssm untuk minta dokumen yang dinytakan, tetapi boleh membuat pembelian secara online. Berbalik kepada masalah saya, saya dinasihati datang balik pukul 3 sedangkan waktu rehat masih lambat lebih kurang 2 jam, kerana pegawai memberitahu dia tidak sempat dan sekejap lagi waktu rehat. Terpaksa la sya datang balik ke bank bank islam pasir puteh pukul 3.
Poor service, does not prioritize customer needs and complicates customer work. I want to open a sole proprietorship. Before leaving, I had a call asking what documents were needed to open a sole proprietorship account. Officers for ssm and ic only. When I arrived after waiting for 2 hours, I shared the ssm document (form D) and ic. and so the document is incomplete. The employee had to go to Kota Bharu near the SMM tower to ask for documents with SMM. For me, the officer did not facilitate the customer's affairs because he did not state what type of ssm document was. In my opinion, as a professional officer, must guide customers and facilitate customer affairs without saving time and transportation costs. In the world of IT, the ssm has also created a website for the purchase of documents and so on. Officials should advise not to go to kota bharu i.e. menara ssm to request the stated documents, but can make purchases online. Turning to my problem, I was advised to come back at 3 o'clock while the break time was still about 2 hours late, because the officer told me he didn't have time and a little more break time. I had to come back to Pasir Puteh Islamic Bank at 3 o'clock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to be more proactive to meet the customer needs. Majority customer waiting outside the building under the hot sun just to replace their expired debit card. Yet just one counter had been used for that purpose.the bank has to utilize the other 5 counter they have
