Paling menyesal bila pergi sini. Servis sampah macam ni sangat membuang masa. Boleh pulak biarkan ramai org tua beratur panjang kat luar tanpa kerusi. Macam mana boleh kerja bank tapi layanan teruk melampau. Bila tegur kita yg dipersalahkan. Budak kecik pun tahu bagi tempat duduk pd org tua. Ni beratur pukul 11 pagi, 2.30 baru selesai. Betapa sampahnya servis sebuah bank mcm ni
Most sorry to go here. Garbage service like this is a waste of time. You can let many old people line up outside without chairs. How can a bank work but the service is too bad. When reprimands we are to blame. Little boys also know how to seat the old man. The queue at 11 am, 2.30 just finished. What a waste to service a bank like this

Lambat siottt, korang tak care customer korang ke ape? Kaunter banyak, bukak berapa je? Yang lain terlibat banjir ke ape? Nasib baik uni aku tukar bank, bersyukur tahap takleh bincang aku

Servis yang hauk. Asalnya pegi nak tuka kad baru. Pastu decide alang2 aku dah tunggu Lama, aku terus tutup account. tunggu punya dekat sejam xde pun x panggil. Tunggu pukul 10. Kul 12 baru selesai urusan.
Good service. Originally, Pegi wanted to change a new card. Then decide alang2 I've been waiting for a long time, I continue to close the account. wait have close to an hour xde even x call. Wait until 10 o'clock. Kul 12 just finished business.

Went there for Western Union and they automatically said it’s offline without even checking.... why have a Western Union sign if you don’t plan on servicing it ....

its quite disappointing...only 2 counters opened while theres a full house customer.. need to open more counters so that we dint have to wait for an hour just to cash a cheque. please consider. . tq

Poor service system. It took us nearly 2 hours to even get inside, turns out there's only 2 counters operating. Never seen a bank with so poor system like this before. Pity the elder people whose waiting outside standing for a long time now. And guess what.. The service is much more slower on the inside.And guess what.. From 12.15pm.. Just finished my business over here (3.08pm) after nearly 3 hours
