★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although built in the 1970s, the boxy building does not seem too dated & is actually quite spacious & functional inside. Visitors need to get their bags screened before being allowed in.
Staff are friendly & there's a counter where you can replace torn or old notes.
Nice, comfortable settees in cool waiting area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ you can now get your CCRIS report as well as eCCRIS registration at Komtar level 4, in front of the circular staircase (i believe it is the old location of Komtar police kiosk). Do the Covid 19 process and wait for your turn. staffs are friendly and process are fast and straight forward. open during weekday only, 9am - 5pm.
