★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE Bank of America branch! Do not bother calling them a single time. They will NEVER, and I mean NEVER pick up the phone. Can't submit an inquiry, or ask about information. When you finally get to the branch they can hardly help with anything regarding your account.
