★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here on 10/11/2020 to make full settlement at 2.50 and the guard and officers refused to let me in saying that working hour is from 9 to 3pm. Eventhough its not 3pm they still not Allowing me despite me saying that I want to make full settlement and no more leave. Even the website saying open till 5pm. As much as we're not allowed to go out much bank rakyat still asking me to come next day despite me at their doorstep.

Well, I'm no longer in Malaysia as I'm in singapore as I had email to your bank I guess almost 8months + but no response at all on my mail. Whenever I call the network always busy.. Don't understand how else to enquire more.. When my parents go down to nearest branch they couldn't enquire on my loan balance behalf of me but they refused to tell so.. What kinda service are u giving us.. always unhappy.. When everytime call my house then my parents pick up the calls nag them ask for payment. Not even proper manner always rude.. This how u treat old ppl when pick up those calls. Learn to be professional not being rude.. If I'm there for sure I will see directly to branch manager. I hope could resolve on my issues.
