Tapi guard tak bagi dengan alasan sekarang kat semua bank dah tak perlu tulis kalau nak buat apa2 transaksi.
Selang 2minit ayah aku panggil masuk, then staf bank bagi borang minta tolong tulis .

After 2 minutes, my father called in, then the bank staff for the form asked to please write.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad services ,came only to ask about my account approval requirement as the letter say freely came to bank branch if any question ,but the guard was so action .We came only to ask question ,not to perform any transaction .Have to queue with others , and when came to my turn, have to queue again because ‘OFFICER WAS TO BUSY TO HANDLE ANY QUESTION’.NONSENSE ,how to grow if workers attitude like this,
