very slow for business .. customers 2-3 people but take up to almost 2 hours before the turn .. service is bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis yang sangat teruk..di musim pkp ni nak tukar kad pun kene buat appt...kalau org yg betul2 nak keluarkan duit time susah ni kene tggu appt jugak ke...sampai naj tggu appt tu nak mkn apa org yg betul2 memerlukan..tak ada perikemanusiaan betul staf bank rakyat kluang ni..untung bank bukak separuh hari...klien nak buat urusan pun susah..tolong la ubah management.
Very bad service..in this pkp season, I want to change the card here for the appt ... if the right person wants to spend money, it's a difficult time here, wait for the appt as well ... until I wait for the appt, I want to know what the person really needs ..there is no real humanity for the staff of this kluang people's bank..luckily the bank is open for half a day ... clients want to do business but it's difficult..please change the management.

Came here to redeem back my gold..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst bank ever. Poor service quality. The first time I went there, the whole bank system down. The second time I went there is 4.30pm, the guard won't let me take the queuing ticket, cause she said 'we close at 5pm' . Oh ya, Bank Rakyat, your lady guard is sleeping while on duty, good luck with that.
