My appointment was at 9am but the deal was at 9.35am. Whereas I arrived 5 minutes earlier than the appointment time. My advice, this bank is not the bank of your choice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dunno what's the problem here, people are lining up outside waiting to get in. There are 5 counters yet only open 2. The standing thermometer was out of juice, can't even use the thing. Even the security guard wasn't wearing the face mask properly. They even let a customer who didn't wear a face mask in.
