โ โ โ โ โ One of the better BSNs I have frequented recently. Service by staff was good, very friendly and efficient. There are some new kiosk/machines that connect you to some staff somewhere via audio so you can do your transactions, which helps with the queue. It was awkward first time using it, but I can see it being a big help. There are a few machines for out of banking hours use, if I remember correctly, one ATM and one CDM (I vaguely remember there being three machines, but for the life of me can't recall what the other machine does, if there is another one. Will edit once checked later).
