★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security guard namely ramlan pb70864 is very rude eve to senior citizen..he should be transfer anywhere post no dealing with customer..it is very hard time for customer to adapt with new norm but he not sensitive with customer feeling..no proper way n proper manner n not friendly at all to customer..shame on bsn bakri muar..sorry but i m telling the thruth..tq n warm regards

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guard here is very unfriendly and not willing to help, tried to ask for help for ATM issues but he just ignored every single word I said with proper manner, the service also extremely slow even when we said we are rushing to work they still keep all the workflow slow, it happened when a customer who only have 4 hours rest time which match their very short operating hours, then they keep ignore us for the card renew service and prioritise the rest who came behind me, wasted time here but gain nothing, other bank like CIMB and Bank Islam can settle this with half hour, why not for BSN???
