★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service..must wait for almost 1 hour to get to counter...even there is Cash deposit machines and ATM, there is no use..there are many senior citizen just waiting for queue number to be give to them..very bad service! Manage your waiting time gaiss...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely long wait as it is understaffed. Staff takes 30minutes to deal with one customer, staff should be trained to be more efficient. You would have no choice but to visit BSN as the Malaysia government for unknown reason elected BSN as the sole seller for purchase of online examination pin code eg. PTPTN, MUET etc
