★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service..nak tukar kad baru amik mase 1 jam 30 minit dengan customer xsmpi 20 org. Nak tukar kad just tulis nama ats kertas n tgu die pgl.please improve the sistem.
Slow service..new swap card for 1 hour and 30 minutes with customer xsmpi 20 org. To change the card just write the name of the paper and then die. Please improve the system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selalu dengar service bsn lambat.harini(930am,selasa) saya gagahkan jugak datang ke bsn utk tebus hadiah apc.dah mindset akan lama di bank.masa masuk dapat no 10 n masa tu no 7.x sampai 30 minit dah selesai urusan dan boleh balik.kesimpulannya,datanglah awal ke bank.good job bsn pengkalan chepa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staf perempuan di bahagian customer service extra rude even for elderly. Kurang ajar dan tak hormat sedangkan makcik2 yg bertanya bukannya tahu, so explain lah baik2 tak payah tengking2. Bukan kau sorang kerja bahagian customer services, hadap lah. I won't tolerate that kind of attitude and will report this matter to NCCC if your management doesn't do improvement and educate your staff. Sekian.
The female staff in the customer service extra rude even for elderly. It's rude and disrespectful when the aunts who ask for it don't know, so explain it well you don't have to pay attention. You're not a part of customer service, let's face it. I won't tolerate that kind of attitude and will report this matter to the NCCC if your management doesn't do improvement and educate your staff. That's it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service TERSANGAT lah slownya. Nak apply ATM card, kena dtg 3-4 kali sbb system down lah, org ramai la, etc. tubggu plak 2-3 jam. Tgk org sekiling bukan nya ramai pun. Ramai pun sbb customer terkumpul sbb que tak gerak2. Pastu klu tanya why service slow cakap sbb customer ramai. Padahal hakikatnya service MEMANG slow. Priority service kepada golongan OKU dan warga tua pun tak ada. Cakap dalam piagam pelanggan berdentum mcm halilintar menyambar. Tak malu ke wahai warga BSN? Mana maruah corporate kamu? lagi satu, kat Cawangan Pengkalan Chepa ni, ramp utk tolak kerusi roda pun tak ada. Mcm mana nak tolak wheele chair? Benda simple dowh.. tapi tak leh pikir. Pls La BSN, change! Or you will be Changed!

Service POWER is slownya. You can apply ATM card, get 3-4 times a day down system, many people, etc. 2-3 hours of plaque. It's not crowded. Many of the customers have accumulated as much as they can. Please ask why service is slow to talk to customers. In fact the fact is the service WILL be slow. Priority service to disabled people and elderly people are not there.
