★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is spacious with lots of seats in the waiting area, it looks clean and immaculate. Staff are very pleasant. But service is slow today, seems like the counter is under staff. In term of speed of service, there is much to be desired... This bank is not up to the other banks' standard here in Jerantut. Please show some sense of urgency in providing your services to their clients.
