Mesin CDM selalu OUT OF SERVICES!,musim PKP nak pergi ke bank daerah lain tak boleh,,menyusahkan org,,baik tutup terus

? nak uruskan kad bank opah saya yang berumur 102 tahun pun mintak opah saya pergi bank jugak. fikir logik la sikit. dah hantar wakil banyak pulak mintak surat menyurat, sekali pergi kalau mintak terus semua kan senang, ni asal pergi je ada je dokumen yang ditambah. ingat semua orang ada masa ke nak kehulur kehilir macam tu. opah saya tu dah uzur tau. use ur brain lah.

Please take a note BSN KG GAJAH .. staff anda memang tak mesra pelanggan ke ? .. layan customer macam nk taknak .. bila tanya jawab nada macam nak marah-marah .. kejadian ni bukan sekali tapi dah 2 kali .. saya tahu orang lain pon kene nasib yang sama jugak PLEASE AND PLEASE RESPECT OTHER PEOPLE .. TAK KISAHLAH AWAK ADA MASALAH APA SEKALIPON JANGAN BAWAK KE TEMPAT KERJA... Ingat yea dunia ni berputar ad masa kite d atas ada masa di bawah .. Bila diperlakukan macam tu seolah2 kami ni menyusahkan sahaja .. saya sangat terasa dengan apa yang dilakukan oleh staff tersebut .. Harap dapat menilai kembali kualiti kerja staff anda ... untuk makluman staff yang saya berurusan adalah Kaunter sebelah kiri sekali staff yg berkaca mata .. TERIMA KASIH

I know other people here have the same fate as well PLEASE AND PLEASE RESPECT OTHER PEOPLE .. DO NOT CARE DO YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS, DON'T BRING IT TO WORK ... Remember, the world revolves around time, there is time below .. When we are treated like that, it seems like we are just troublesome .. I really feel with what the staff is doing .. Please be able to re -evaluate the quality of your staff's work ... for the information of the staff that I deal with, the counter on the left is the staff with glasses .. THANK YOU

Perkhidmatan kaunter yang tidak memuaskan. Staf bank di kaunter BSN KAMPUMG GAJAH tiada rapot dgn pelanggan. Mungkin boleh buka balik pekeliling layanan terhadap pelanggan macam mana. Tiada hormat langsung terhadap org yg lebih tua. Percakapan yang sombong dgn jawapan yang tiada budi bahasa. Org tua-tua dtg ke bank sbb ada urusan..bukn dtg saja2 untuk bertnya khabar. Sila tukar staf atau latih staf untuk lebih mesra pelanggan. Sy sgt kecewa bila dgr luahan ibu sy yg warga emas tntg layanan staf bank terhadap ibu saya. Harapan sy agar staf sbegini diberi latihan lagi tentang cara mewujudkan rapot dgn pelanggan. Kami faham kerja bank sangat sibuk, tetapi sekurang-kurangnya, TOLONG hormat pada org tua. Sekian.
Unsatisfactory counter service. Bank staff at the BSN KAMPUMG GAJAH counter have no contact with customers. It may be possible to reopen the service circular for customers of any kind. No direct respect for the elderly. Arrogant conversation with rude answers. The elders came to the bank because there was business ... they didn't just come to say hello. Please change staff or train staff to be more customer friendly. I was very disappointed when my mother, who is a senior citizen, told me about the bank staff's service to my mother. It is hoped that such staff will be given more training on how to establish rapport with customers. We understand the work of the bank is very busy, but at least, PLEASE respect the elderly. Thank you.

Staff BSN Kampung Gajah mmg mcm nie kew. Layan costumer mcm nak tak nak jer. Sepatutnya staff kena layan pelanggan dengan mesra. Please la mesra sikit dengan pelanggan terutama warga emas. Budi bahasa budaya kita?
