β β β β β Took a nap inside the bank, woke up and drank a coffee beside it. Then cAME bank to watch YouTube until phone battery worn out, and I am still waiting for my queue.

β β β β β decoration n concept really good but the service is totally out...not enough seat for customer...they just open 2 counter for for service...almost 30 customers are waiting at a time...some customer just walk through to the counter without waiting for the called ticket number and yes...they also take the customer...what about us???waiting almost 3hours for our ticket number to be called????please take attention....change it for better services...

β β β β β slowest bank service. i got backache & legache cramp waiting. why can't u make it faster or open all counter during peak time.. everything so lag here dun know why.. even worst, my phone so damn lagggy here too.. if they care customer..

β β β β β Terrible service. Waited for 2 hours in queue and told us they have to close at 2pm. Almost felt like they only able to serve about 10-20 customers in a day. Very slow service
