★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service Slow dan teruk. Minta Printkan bank statement 3 bulan pon ambil masa 2-3 minggu. Alasan system Down. Hari yang sama pergi ke cawangan Port Dickson sekejap je, less than 15 minutes. I hope Bsn hq can pay attention. Mentang-mentanglah di kampung, kerja pun sambil lewa.
Customer service Slow and bad. Ask to print a 3 month pound bank statement takes 2-3 weeks. Reason system Down. The same day went to the Port Dickson branch for a short time, less than 15 minutes. I hope Bsn hq can pay attention. Mentang-mentanglah in the village, work while lazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With ATM/Cash deposit....slow service lead to crowds especially on Monday. The service was not good as I expected compared with others BSN branch. ATM frequently out of service and running out cash flow especially end of the month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to movement control order I need to find out whether Banking Service at the Bank Counter at BSN Rantau need to do appointment in advanced . A very prompt and fast Bank Officer attended to my call . A very clear notification and directive from the officer who handling the call as BSN closed till 15/8/2021 .
