Staff ramah tapi da sign LO dekat seminggu pun tak dapat lagi duit loan, x pernah dalam pengalaman aku da sign LO duit tak masuk2 sampai seminggu... pengurusan yang lemah dari HQ BSN. effect nya branch ni dapat 2 star je dari aku..
The staff is friendly but I sign LO close to a week and I can't get loan money anymore, x in my experience, I signed LO the money didn't come in until a week ... weak management from the HQ of BSN. The effect is this branch gets 2 star je from me ...

The bank has no appetite to improve itself. Still requiring thumbprints on their outdated forms. Have no desire to improve their processes and make the trip to the bank fast and efficient for their customers. Malaysians must be more mature and push things to improve for our own sake, at the very least.

DONT COME TO THIS BSN. Have to wait around 2 hours for you to be treated badly by the clerk. I asked to open a personal saving account and he asked many things to me like I’m involved in a scam. And why do BSN doesn’t keep up to date with surrounding? most common banks literally have an apps for personal user. I find it hard for us just to access it on website because it takes a long time. Please consider this, thank you.
