โ โ โ โ โ I dealt with personal financing manager Mr Saravanan N. Venugopal, I must say he went the extra miles for his customers, he settled my application within a day (from the time I approached him till the signing), he made the process easy for me---he was very efficient, courteous, attentive, informative and an expert in his specialty. He took the initiative to deliver the documents by hand to me in view of my urgency (we are situated 40km apart).
Not only I am amazed by his steadfastness in duty, I am also touched by his genuine kindness when he refused to accept some petrol money that I wanted to compensate him for.
A very humble and dutiful manager.
