★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son recently had a wedding there. I must say the hall is beautiful and spacious BUT we are not happy because
1. The person in charge brought in potential Client and sat in during my son 's wedding
2. We paid in advance for 1000 , rice was not enough. Person in charge claimed our guests ate a lot. The number of guests who came was not even 1000! As claimed by the Rela on duty
3. Person in charge did not keep to his promises to ensure rice is enough and additional will be charged. No such action taken and no one consulted us as a host to ensure rice is enough.
4. At 3 .15pm, person in charge claimed that there are leftover food (without rice) and passed over to us. I was shocked as my event was to last till 4 pm!
5. The emcee announcement on parking made done guests left without eating and no respect to the hosts in terms of event flow
And our wedding was not the only. I was warned by an uncle on these based on his experience but thinking that mine will not be affected I went ahead with the booking. I hope others will not be affected by this kind of managing the event. And to the management, please take action and manage it properly
