* Availability of many types of rice ie. white, Thai, basmathi, red, black, glutinous
* Sold in loose form ie. if you do not eat rice daily, you can buy just 1kg
* You can also buy separate n get them to mix for you ie. 3 grains, 5 grains mix
* Price is reasonable and owner is friendly during off peak times
