★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure if I'd recommend this place.. The Family Villa itself is pretty basic (no cupboard/dressing table) with lovely view.. BUT, there are a lot of renovations going on when we checked in on a Monday.. They are fixing the deluxe villa - drilling n all kind of noises up until 7 pm.. Not to mention the dust/debris flying to our faces when we were at the common pool.. Breakfast is so so, nothing great.. Getting everywhere is a hassle as the it is steep slope and really not suitable for the elderly. Safe to say our holiday was ruined by the management which decided to do major renovation for the nearby suites when we paid RM 450 to enjoy peace, quiet & nature ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience was above expectations, would recommend to nature lovers. Pretty good stay in overall! Very soothing and relaxing to be up in the hills. Host is very accommodating. Amenities are surprisingly sufficient, wifi is good too. Good homemade breakfast provided, recommend to try their coffee and hot chocolate! However, do not recommend to people that doesn’t like windy/narrow roads & tendency to get motion sickness, quite challenging to drive up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quite and comfortable. You'll definitely enjoy the ambiance and the amazing view from any of the rooms. The shared toilet in the room we took was clean with amenities. Only after checking, we opted not to take the room with private restroom. They have friendly dogs to greet and take you to reception. The staff there was really friendly and accommodated or last minute booking. Food delivery is often by the staff there. Only downside, it's a little far from the hustle of town, if that's what you're looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good morning. I went there on Friday 29th April 2022. However I was told by the staff the place is closed without explanation, right after I manoeuvred my car around the steep slop & hairpin. Before I could make 5 or 6 points turn another visitor came in with his big car Toyota Boxy or Noah, behind my car . These could have avoided if they simply put up a signage at the main entrance near the main road. I am disappointed & very different treatments to what I have expected prior to watching many different TV programmes about this place many times, as well as YouTube & the reviews. We chinese always said : 过门就是客。
