★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is good and taste is great. Same as Thailand. BBQ plaza has been my forvorite for more than 20 years (in Thailand). I went to this branch while visiting my friend in Penang. The service wasn't good. It took time for someone to turn eyes on our table. Not only my table, but it seems like other got the same problem. The waiters and waitress were in group talk around cashier and face outside from the restaurant.

Q provide steamboat menu with large option of dishes, beef, pork, mushrooms, veggies etc. The place is quite cozy as they are located in Queens Bay Mall Penang, nearby their international airport. Capacity for around 60 seats are available, normally there will be queue during weekend. Price is above the average and quality is just ok

Spacious and clean restaurant. Didn’t come for quite some time, new menu available - buffet or set type. Food serving using the robotics delivery.
Overall nice dining experience.
