★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thai mookata maybe trying to pass off as Korean? Wasn’t clear to me until I saw the grill. Anyway, we enjoyed dinner, one of the better meals we had in this mall. Thought the grill was too small for our group of 5.

Support BBQ plaza more than 10 years in Kl.
1st try in paradigm mall johor to celebrate birthday but abit disappointed.
Food still same but the service was disappointed.
When in around 9:10pm
Food come around 9:30pm
Once food came they start cleaning around.
Keep sweeping floor around us.
Feel like we are eating dust ? and feel like rushing us to eat faster because they are closing soon. . ?
The wall slogan THE MOST ENJOYABLE MEAL
but this time we were not enjoyable at all.
To owner : Please don't sweep floor while customer are still eating. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try it at Bangkok. Quality of the food like lower, beef is quite hard and the fried rice not as flavourful , missing the garlic taste. Overall is average. Would recommend to order pork.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is not as tasty as Thailand's. Lemon tea is diluted. Meat served is still kinda hard and frozen. Its not that bad just average. Service staff are friendly and helpful.

Ordered many items, was given only the mushroom after 30mins.
Bad experience, will not dine here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super refill,the food is nice, but I think the sauce changed sop, taste not like before, the old one better, pork belly very fat but we r very lucky a staff saw it and change it for us immediately, thanks for ur service , because except of this staff all staff feel like very tired and look like don't like this job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has somewhat "deteriorated " over the last two years as a result of the lockdown.
1. Staff are all newbies - uninterested, unenthusiastic to serve and would just prefer to hide in a corner playing with their mobiles.
2. Cabbage tastes stale... it is dry and has the stale flavor and smell
3. The soup base has gone very thin, almost like water
4. Meat and veggy portions have gone smaller and the freshness is no longer evident.
5. Dipping sauce is diluted and has no taste portfolio. The only saving grace is the chopped garlic and lime juice condiment.
6. At least the glass of cold water we ordered is large, good amount of ice cubes and filtered water.
They have also stopped using the third party Penefit payment wallet and have come out with their own.
Please do strive to get back to where you were before the pandemic. We, your customers want to come back to enjoy your food. Please dont make us look elsewhere.
