★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best barbershop in kuantan. Guys trust me you could put your trust in their barber. I'm very picky when it comes to haircut. Especially when the barber doesn't even know what he's doing. Oh you must try their hot towel shave. Really recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambience/Decoration = 4.5 out of 5 stars. (For a barber shop, this shop is quite fancy)
Barber's skill (for the one cutting my hair only) = 3 out of 5 stars. (Better than most barber out there but not yet saloon hairsytlist level)
Work ethic/Puntuality = 2 out of 5 stars. Initially I wanted to give 1.5 out of 5 stars but since the barber is quite young (maybe on his early 20's) I decided to cut him some slack. I texted the owner before I went there. He said the shop should open "dalam sebelas lebih". I arrived there at 11.40 a.m but still not open.wait till 12 noon. Still not open. Had to call the owner again. Finally the baber came at 12.18. Only to start opening the store etc². Had to wait another 10 minutes or so. then only got to cut my hair. To the owner, please supervise your barbers.
Final verdict : 2 out of 5 stars. It's a shame really. A cosy barber shop. Quite talented barbers but lack severely on discipline. Please improve your staff's work ethic. Tvm.
