★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good service received from Barokah! The staff has eventually explain in details on the issue that we had with our a/c, and particularly cleaning in & out for the aircond. We had 2 units that has been service earlier, and calling them again to service for another 2 units afterwards. Will continue to use their service in future. Thumbs up for Barokah! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 1hp Aircon not cooling so I search online & found Barokah Aircon on mudah.my advert on 26/7(Mon). I Whatsapp Barokah to schedule repair appointment on 29/7(Thu)@10am.
The staff are polite and professional. They arrive on time at 10am on 29/7. After confirm my Aircon not cooling they explain the trouble shoot pricing to me. Once I agree they check and confirm that my compresser not Working. Then they explain the repair costing to me, once I agree they start repairing. They get the job done within 30 mins and my Aircon is cool as new. I m very satisfy and happy with Barokah professional service and their reasonable pricing. Good job! Well done!
I Strongly recommend Barokah Aircon services to everyone in Penang.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service receptionist, Cik Fatini, is friendly and efficient. However i cannot say the same for the technicians and the price. The technicians come without spare nuts for my old aircond. Another disappointing thing is they only provide 5 ft free copper piping, whereas all other installers that i know of come with 10 ft free copper piping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and Aircond expert staff.. Recommended...Did Full Overhaul and clean like new (Bring down whole indoor unit to clean + Outdoor unit cleaning ) for 1hp with full gas topup, price RM390....Take around 2-3hrs to finish the services...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took leave for their staff to come and inspect my llace for aircond installation as promised by their receptionist.
On the said date, almost an hour before the meet up, I received whatsapp message stating that the staff unable to make it due to other reason.
They did not send any backup staff to attend toe and left me alone for nothing!!
Very unresponsive people and not customer oriented.
Very bad impression on their brand and service.
Let me ask you, would you use their service when you receive such behaviour??
