★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service teruk tabap gaban..dah lah tima tak ikut jadual...dalam tiket 9.50am bus sampai 10.40 lepas itu singgah sana sini...sampai putrajaya 3.35pm dah lah tengah kejar masa di sebabkan itu juga saya tak dapat sampai tepat pada waktu nye...semua kerja saya tergendala..bagusss menyusahkan orang...
 The service was bad ... the team didn't follow the schedule ... in the 9.50am bus ticket until 10.40, it stopped here and there ... until 3.35pm in Putrajaya, I was chasing time, that's why I couldn't arrive on time nye ... all my work is interrupted..it's good to bother people ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Book bus pukul 12 tiba2 kena cancel then book bus baru pukul 10 lebih punya. Kata nak refund dari february sampai sekarang belum refund lagi (rm50) bila mssge asik cakap dalam process refund je haha tak pernah naik bus ni sebab memang no choice. Sekali try memang first and last lah. Lol
Book a bus at 12 suddenly has to cancel then book a new bus at 10 more. Said I want a refund from February until now, I haven't refunded yet (RM50) when the message was cool talking in the refund process, haha, I never took this bus because there was no choice. Once try is first and last. Lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat2 mengecewakan. Pemandu teruk, boleh layan tik tok sepanjang jalan. Semua bandar dia masuk, n tak info langsung kat penumpang. Perjalanan dari jb ke tbs lewat 2 jam. Tak payala naik bas ni, melainkan da tak ade bas langsung.
Very disappointing. Bad drivers, can treat tik tok all the way. All the cities he entered, and no direct information to the passengers. The journey from jb to tbs takes 2 hours. You don't pay to take this bus, unless there is a direct bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ni compny bas teruk la...semua bandar dia masuk...dari JB nak ke putrajaya ambil masa sampai 6 jam..kalau ia pun nak transit sana sini bagitahu la customer...buang masa..seremban dia singah..klia pun di nak masuk...baik aku naik bas rapid ja..dah la harga sama ja mcm ke tbs ..last aku naik ni bas
This is a bad bus company ... all the cities he enters ... from JB to Putrajaya it takes up to 6 hours..if he also wants to transit here and there, tell the customer ... waste time..seremban he is a lion..klia also want to go in ... well I took the rapid bus yes..it's the same price yes mcm to tbs..last time I took this bus

Bus service is very very bad. Very bad bus service. Buy a ticket from KL Sentral to jb. The bus has been canceled but didn't inform customers. Wait for the bus, the bus isn't there, there's no bus replacement. Got rush to go TBS buy another ticket from there. OT reliable bus service. Don't take this bus again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak tepati masa dan tidak memberitahu penumpang yang bas akan ada transit ke tempat-tempat lain yang menyebabkan kelewatan tiba di TBS selama DUA jam!
Not being on time and not telling passengers that the bus would have transit to other places caused a delay in arriving at TBS for TWO hours!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get that you need to go TBS from shah alsm. But why did you need to go putrajaya and even kajang? It doesn't make sense. If you're transiting at other place, just let consumers know. It was a waste of time. You even used old road instead of highway. That's ridiculous! The first and last using this bus service. ?
