★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One half of the court is always covered in water puddle whenever it rains while the other half's rim is now crooked due to kids always pulling it down while attempting to dunk. The court is not covered & the residents here had no qualm leaving their rubbish around, including the occasional pet dog droppings that littered the court floor. There are usually pick-up games in the evening at around 6pm if you don't mind playing with teenagers from nearby school.
