★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak pernah angkat telefon, and turns out they put the wrong number on Google. I came to this store twice recently, and both times the staff did not ask me if I am a member (eventho I asked about member deals etc), then lepas bayar terus tak boleh collect points. Memang taknak customer collect points agaknya. Inefficient and I feel cheated. After confronted about this, staff said “customer yang biasa datang akan terus tunjuk app” as though I did not come twice this week. Please train your staffs better. Service level not up to par at all with other branches.
