★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called Baskin Robbins Aeon Nilai at 11am 20/06/21 to ask clarification on my cancelled order and if i am able to make the order via food panda app today. The manager was being rude say i should call food panda instead of calling him that he is busy and hang up the phone call.
My question is why should i called Food Panda when the message i got clearly stated BR Aeon Nilai cancelled my order and not Food Panda.Customer service failed ?? from BR Aeon Nilai especially from uneducated Manager!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the ice-cream but sadly i am disappointed with this outlet. I wanted to redeem the free vchers, they scanned it several times and claimed it already used. So i had to buy the ice-cream instead getting it free. Waste of the vchers.
