โ โ โ โ โ Thank you for the extremely poor experiences which we have never experienced in other branches.
Extremely poor staff attitude to the customers.
Showed faces and gave warning to customers for requesting to try flavours.
Tell me if I'm wrong, is there a limitation of attempts to try the flavours?
Or just merely looking down to the customers?
WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN.

โ โ โ โ โ The operation hour is stated 10am-10pm. I went there 15min before the closure time and the staff told me that system has closed at 9:30pm. (ok, fine). Again, i purposely go there after work before 9:15pm and the staff told me system need to be closed now else customer will come over and over later. Lol, what is your closure time actually? 10pm? 9:30pm? 9:15pm?
I went there for two times already still can't get it .WTH.
If intend to go back on time or back earlier, pls reconsider this job suit you or not.

โ โ โ โ โ Baskin Robbins new look and improvement. But, ice cream still taste great.im loving those cotton candy flavor and caramel flavor.. The service was good and friendly. Squickly Clean chair and table,no sticky feeling at all. And those ice cream cake to die for..they,got limited stock,and sometimes the cake mostly booked. Need to wait or book earlier,if not the good ones will be taken.??

Not too crowded, best place to statisfy my sweet tooth.
