★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unreliable service I've ever experienced with zero quality. No one seems to know where the other person is or either they are having 2 hour lunch breaks. Don't take my word for it but give it a try and just experience how they greet you on the phone. I waited for 2 weeks but not a single call back for my smart tag until i had to hound them which took another 2 days by the way! Touch N Go is a much better service provider and now i know why everyone recommended not to give this a try.
