1. membetulkan display kasut serta merta slepas di sentuh pelanggan
2. ikut bontot pelanggan kesini kesana.....
sikap ni menyebabkan pelangan x ingin masuk lagi......penyelia/pengurus kedai perlu beri kursus yg releven kpd staff....ini bukan tahun 50/60an.....sbb customer bukan cap ayam....

the attitude of the customer is causing x want to go again ...... the supervisor / manager of the shop need to give a course that releven to the staff .... this is not 50 / 60an ..... sbb customer is not a chicken stamp ....
