★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick response even though I have contacted Mr Daneil Lum at night. Provided extensive explanation and tips for taking care of the battery to extend it's lifespan.
As my battery is still under warranty, Daneil replaced it with a temporary battery while taking mine back for further testing. He managed to turnaround the battery test and installed my battery back within 48 hours. Great job!
