This is something that we had never experienced before in any other BBW outlet in JB. She even handed us kurma for berbuka. What a thoughtful act! Jay needs a raise! We love Jay!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love bath and body works products. But one of the staff was quite rude and not welcoming customers. He gave me rolling eyes when i show my mysejahtera and not even look at the screen. I dont know his name but he wore 'hakim' apron during night shift on 8 dec 2021. I think its not his name because he is different race. Other staffs were very kind and helpful.
