★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic company and customer service. Rescheduling and cancellation of flights is regular and frequent, not occasional. Extortion ticket policies provide no rights for passengers and customerservice is just useless. Avoid at all costs, there are plenty of options available, Malindo is just definitely not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last minute Malindo Cancelled Flight from Lahore (LHE) to Kuala Lumpur (KUL). I requested refund on June 30th, 2019. Since then I have been chasing via email and phone, till today (August 14, 2019) no refund issued despite several emails and phone calls. Today I was told it is still being processed and will take another 2-3 weeks. I was also told no refund for the additional payment made for seating. What a rip off!!! I am very frustrated and the worse experience ever I had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malindo/Bakir air is the worst airlines I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is not one of the worst, it is THE worst in the world. The stuff that comes out of me every morning will do a 1000x better job at customer satisfaction than their lousy policies that are there only and only to make the lives of their customer harder. Pls get a grip Malindo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shyt airline that cancelled my flight in dec 2021. Till now no refund or updates received. Ive always booked my flight with malinda pre pandamic but it seems like they have no integrity nor responsibility when it comes to dealing with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here to drop my review on experience to redeem my air travel voucher.
1. Firstly, the feature to make flight reservation by using air travel voucher redemption is not available by app but only via their website or by calling their customer service through phone calls. Even so, you get error of travelers name does not match voucer even though you already entered the correct exact name.
2. Before attempting to redeem my travel voucher via their call centre, I did walk in to their sales office at Subang Airport. It was 2 days before Hari Raya and there was only 1 representative at the counter. I have to wait for a while to give ways to those that has urgent flight to catch which is fine. However, the front desk person wasn't able to make reservation as the system was apparently "hanged".
3. I finally managed to make reservation over the phone with the help of customer care but unfortunately unable to receive the ticket confirmation immediately and have to wait up to 48 hours before it was sent out.
In summary, the travel voucher is only suitable for use if you don't have urgent travel needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst airline in the world. They can change their schedule, cancel flights and do anything they like. They never reply to the emails. Customer service is very very bad. They never give cash refunds , only in the form of travel vouchers. Australian budget airlines Jetstar immediately refund cash if flight rescheduled or cancelled. On top of that our regulatory body MAVCOM is toothless.
