A historic place during world war 2. The battle field in between Australian and Japanese. Many died here and buried without tomb stone. Unfortunately this place not well maintain...

This place actually a bridge that been destroyed during world war 2. My grandma once told me, lots of Japanese soldiers died here so do the Australian and British too. The gunfight goes for 3 days and 3 night. All the villager's that live nearby had to save themselves in the jungle. By the days of 4. The shooting stop and the body of the death solder was all around each side of the river. The villagers can't berried them because some of the bodies is getting smelly and rotten. Allah the almighty, by the days 6. At that night, came a heavy rain and sweep all the bodies of the death solder's away. Some of the oldest said, the bodies was actually lay down along the Sungai Muar river.

Tolong la maintain the place. Please dont extend your tidak apa malay attitude to this also. Whatever said and done these soldiers fought for this soil which you fellas are enjoying now. Show some gratitude. The soldiers gave their lives to die in an unknown place. The problem with Malaysians is they are a totally ungrateful and selfish lot. The British should not have come back to save Malaya and just donated the land to the Communist party who will probably use Malaya as their killing fields.
