Recommend the one in the bottle, where we can refill the water with its tea leaves inside. Can refill 3-5 times, able to bring home for enjoyment too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience here. We went to the shop on 21/05/2020 in between 1845 -1900 hours. My partner and I wanted to order takeaway and the worker(His name is Yuan Fung) here totally blurred us out and ignored us. We were waiting for the worker for about 2 mins and the worker clicked on the board without acknowledging us or asking us to wait a moment.
After the drinks were ready we wanted to take them away as it was served without a bag or cup holder. After we requested the bag to take away the worker without saying any words and took the paper bag and threw it at us expecting us to sort it ourselves. We were lost with our words, we told them how u wanted us to put it in. Eventually, the worker and his co-worker took the drinks and sealed them for us. When the worker passed the drink after sealing it he accidentally hit on his colleague's LOWER PART. IT WAS SO UNHYGIENIC ALSO HE WAS NOT WEARING ANY GLOVES, AN APRON AS WELL AS HIS NAME TAG.
I will never come here anymore. I think the management needs to pay attention to this matter.

It is strong and fresh, while the milk tea is smooth. Beside, taste not sweet is the point I like most here.
My favourite is White Peach Oolong milk tea, Da Hong Pao milk tea.
The shop decoration and their packaging also nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily one of the best milk tea around. Unlike others, their tea taste were stronger and the fresh milk was smooth too. The big cover is also a very thoughtful packaging for the customers, no more wet and cold hands! White peach oolong milk tea is the best for me! Can’t wait to try more flavors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is more gimmicky than it is good in making its milk tea. I ordered the tie guan yin milk tea. Sorry to say but the milk tea tasted more like tea fragrance added to water and milk. It comes in this tall cup that serves literally zero purpose but a waste of resources to make. The actual cup is within this tall cup. The price I had to pay for this is 16.90, like how? Why? I can get 2 cups of chatime, and they taste amazing at that. Sorry to say never again for me. Think thrice before coming here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the tea here, hands down some of the best tea I've had outside. I'm a huge tea lover, and I'm very particular about how my tea tastes like so that's saying a lot. Try Tie Guan Yin macchiato, Da Hang Pao macchiato and Da Hang Pao milk tea, they're really good. This particular branch is clean and gorgeous and there's a restroom you can use if you need to!
