★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Older condominium in bangsar. Reasonable maintenance. Visitors car park limited. Entry to the property quite difficult as construction going on right in front and many cars are haphazardly parked. The road to the condo ultimately leads to a dead end where another condo is. No public transport close by, unless you wish to get a Grabcar. About 220 units in total. Reasonably high density. Rentals start from about rm2500 per month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice quiet condo right smacked in the middle of bangsar. Great view. Quiet. Near to everywhere. Good size pool. Good management. Squash courts. Low management fees. Good size houses. But it's a one of the older buildings and its age is apparent. It's a great place nevertheless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old building, maintenance is okay no issues with lifts or other facilities so far… staying here for almost 3 years …. location is good easy access to all main highways in Malaysia, superb view of KL and PJ depending on which side are you renting, very windy and big balconies are added advantage which is not available in most buildings in KL, pricing is good too due to pandemic quite a few units are empty and owners are ready to bargain…
