★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. The lift to rooms was stuck, cannot close the door. There's 2 lifts but only 1 worked. Should've repaired it. It's so inconvenient. The room was not fully prepared. There was no toilet mat, had to ask the housekeeping only they gave. The bath gel provided smell so bad, I don't even wanna use it. Please improve if you want customers to be satisfied with your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cleanness of room are average. The air-cond was not so great and noisy with icing problem. Warning on the wall near air-cond to not to adjust the temperature below 22 degrees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bayu resort has one of the most beautiful beach in PD. When the tide is not strong, the sea water is crystal clear . The only problem is that there is only one bathroom in the 2 bedrooms apartment to be shared by 4 adults & 3 children. If you come in small number, it wouldn't be a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walking distance to the beach and a big swimming pool. Parking plenty but you have to check in first to get parking ticket! Building quite old but we got spacious room. One thing they can improve is to change the manual check in (paper writing etc.) to digital one to save time during check in. Overall a pleasant stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room very spacious, but it using old furniture, wallpaper at the room start torn out. Tea and coffe packed was not changed. Seems like i got the expired one the coffee powder was hardened. Recommend for upgraded
Customer service and staff is polite and friendly, good job.
Location was really good. Near food stall, the scenery. But the beach is getting dirty, too much rubbish. need to do something

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beach is beautiful but the hotel needs to work on the cleanliness and maintenance. Only one lift was working and the working lifts door jammed at one point! We used the stairs which are not clean nor maintained. The suites had 2 rooms but we were given 1 key!! We requested for a.second key. No staff at night to help in an emergency when the key did not work. We were informed that the second key we requested should only be used for turning the power on and not for entry. After contacting the GM we got someone to respond. Won't be going back there again on our next trip to Malaysia.
