★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think they should at least has a map of the shops there so that we can save time finding the shops. However the selection of silk and batik is wide and you can always bargain for the good price. Some of the owners were very friendly and helpful...they were not pushy or aggressive for us to buy their product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my baju raya here, price cheaper than other place around Kota Bharu, got lot of choices of clothes here, but most of the shops here sell quite similar stuff and quite difficult to find songkok and kurta here, can bargain too..
2nd floor not fully occupied, and the parking lot downstairs should be adjusted their in and out..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The journey to get here and to get out of here can be quiet a strain if you come at the peak hour.
The parking was easy and there are lots of it if you go to the basement.
There are lots of shops for you to check out and of course mostly are shops for women clothes. However, the sidewalk are too narrow and you will bump to anyone coming across you.
The fashion are trendy and the prices are affordable. You can browse throughout the shops for anything that you will like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building looks old. When was it first opened? The railings looked rusty. Located next to the Kota Bharu police station. It seems only the first floor is occupied. Very crowded and close contact with people searching for baju raya. There was no parking available. A great place to find batik, caftan, prayers' clothings etc. There are a lot of choices. The sellers will tell over price, need to bargain. Bawal shawl with double borders embroidery is very expensive 95 ringgit.
