★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terukkkkk , staff cakap cara kurang ajar, suka cakap suara kuat kuat , lagi barang tu ikan hidup mereka suruh sendiri pi ambil, mati bukan masalah dia , terus tutup phone, langsung tak ada profesional . Kalau barang urgent jgn guna ini BBB , mereka tak layan customer , bayar duit dapat service MCM ini.
Terukkkkk, the staff spoke in a rude way, liked to speak in a loud voice, again they told the live fish to take it themselves, death was not his problem, kept closing the phone, there was no professional at all. If urgent items do not use this BBB, they do not serve customers, pay money to service this MCM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Macam macam alasan nak hantar brg pun.. fon rosak la itu la ini lah.. dh kerja bahagian penghantaran tolong logik sikit nak bagi alasan driver brg fon rosak.. call tak boleh.. wssap tak boleh.. zaman bila wassap tk ada? Bila customer dah hilang sabar baru tergedik nak mai hantar tu pun bebal mcm tu salah customer?? Kalau penghantaran free ikut suka mu la nak hantar ke tak.. ni customer bayar servis penghantaran sampai depan pintu rumah.. bukan bayar servis penghantaran tapi suruh pickup sendiri. If you are seller/buyer tolong elakkan guna kurier ni at all cost!
