Their service is good, but when they open a new brand, they do a lottery event, but the voucher usage period for this event is limited, I understand that the usage period is limited, but at least please notify when the voucher is about to expire.
I didn't know it had expired until I suddenly thought of asking customer service. Why don't you at least notify the customer? If I keep the voucher myself, I will know the time, the problem is that you keep the voucher.
None of us knew it had expired.
我希望他们可以提升， 就算已经改头换面换了新的招牌。
他们的服务是不错的，他们新开张新品牌时有做一个类似抽奖活动，但是这个活动的voucher使用期是有限，我明白使用期是有限，但是至少在voucher要过期的时候可以请通知下。
我是到我突然想到问客服才知道已经过期了， 为什么你们不至少通知下顾客呢？ 如果voucher我自己收着我会知道时间，问题是voucher是你们收着的。
