★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heritage old school coffee shop. Please support to keep such places alive. Coffee was awesome. There is a Nasi Kandar in the morning and evenings otherwise toast, egg n coffee for morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the heritage shop and environment. Memory of my childhood time with my grandpa whom used to bring us to a nearby Kopitiam for a hot drink in the authentic clay cup.
The coffee is deep and dark and smoothen with the salted butter. The texture and flavour of the toast bread is exactly what I had during my kid time.
The same shop also served very popular nasi Kandar at a different timing (lunch & dinner) by 2 different Malay owners.
Love the combination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old traditional penang kopitiam vibes. The butter coffee was fragrant but a bit jilat when you almost finish it. But it was worth a try. The nasi kandar is not bad as well and I see quite a number of people come dabao. I ordered the roti Bakar and half boiled egg set too but was too hungry to take a picture. Overall was a pleasant breakfast visit.

I went especially for the coffee and it is super! The butter and the coffee, they are perfect match for each other.
I strongly suggest you order the complete trio set, ie, kaya toast, half boiled eggs and butter coffee.

Do order the trio! Kaya toast, half boiled egg and the amazing butter coffee!
The highlight is definitely the butter coffee and the local classic Chinese coffee shop. Old but gold.
Couldn't reach here by Grab as didn't find it on Grab map, so we opted Grab to drop us at Lexis Suites nearby and walked for less than 1 minute to the coffee shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fragrant and creamy coffee with perfectly toasted bread. The bread has a nice crisp on the surface and the combination of butter and kaya elevates the taste. The addition of eggs on top is great too! Nice old ambience and not so crowded. Yet to try the nasi kandar stall.

My first try of butter coffee. Love the rich butter flavour in my coffee, though I think it would be better if it wasn't so sweet. Goes really well with the wobbly eggs on toast.
And the nasi Kandar is such a surprise! Ordered the beef & egg - we were there early, saw a queue after that...thats how you know you got the right place when locals queue up to get it ?
