โ โ โ โ โ Unprofessional service. I wouldn't have bought the stupid fave voucher if I've read the reviews here. Made an appointment at 10am, just to reach here and realise the saloon opens at 11am. The staff didn't even tell me that when I make that appointment! I have to wait for more than one hour just for my turn, and I have a flight to catch in the afternoon and I'm late! There's a reason why appointments exist! I don't have time for you to waste! Please close down your shop if you cannot even handle appointments well.

โ โ โ โ โ Felt horrible with the new hairstyle as my hair turns out to be chopped off shorter than expectation & realised that hair ends were cut unevenly after got home. The new assistant hairstylist did my haircut & had to go through another round of hair trimming..

โ โ โ โ โ Come twice first In oct 2020 came for rebonding and hair colour he say the colour will see after 2 week time, but nothing, 2nd time coming they did treatment for me until the hair damage and the colour also not balance. ?? What the hell. Highly not recommended. I will not comeback anymore. Thank you .

โ โ โ โ โ Not suitable for men hairstyling at all. Got a horrible perm that makes my hair look like 1950 aunty. The owner used my hair as training for his new assistant and obviously did a terrible job, had to sit through the perming process twice in the same session because they made a mistake. He even took pictures and videos without consent to post on his FB page. It felt like the hairstyle he gave me was not the one I wanted rather a style he wanted so that he can advertise on his FB page. Told me perming price was RM130 but turns out it is actually RM180. Overall horrible experience, never going back. Now have to live with this stupid head of permed hair for God knows how long.

โ โ โ โ โ This saloon saves my hairโคโคโค I am so thankful that i met all the hair dresser especially the boss. They basically save my life. My hair from totally damage from neck and down turns into a really updated fashionable styles. After a horrible experience, i went to 3 saloons to repair my hair and all 3 refused to do anything except to cut it very very short and treatments for damage hair. Only Belco that offers to do the treatments, still save some of my damage hair that can be save by giving a really nice hair styling with hair colour that does not damage my hair. They gave me lots of advise on what i can do to repair my hair. With their professionalism in hair styling, they are really patience, understanding and trying very hard to style my hair according to what i want. Everyone around me compliments my new hair without knowing the bad history?. I honestly feels brand new after the hairstyle they have given me. If you want to change your hair style and you know exactly what you want to do for your hair, just show them the picture of example and they will do the best that they can base on what equipment that they have because I can say 100% they will not lie when they say they can or they cannot. I am really satisfied with their service and will get my hair done by them again after my hair is recovered. โค Belco Peeps!!??โคโคโคโค

โ โ โ โ โ I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received from the salon. Booking was easy, everyone was friendly. My trim was great for such a value for money price! Promised them I'll come back for maintenance cause I think I just found a gem!

โ โ โ โ โ They did digital hair perming for me, and I had to go back to do it twice cos the first time didnโt turn out well so now itโs only been 3 months and all the curls are gone already. Never going to go there again!!
