Laksa is sour and not too spicy. Cendol is taste but ingredients too few.

Limited space. Must be full house on weekday. Suggested to take away. Famous for their ice kacang and laksa campur. A must try when on a Perlis vacation.

- this is the exact updated location as of March 2022 for this eatery. they have moved away from the area next to the temple. - refreshing Ice Kacang (shaved ice) with plenty of condiments for a hot sunny afternoon. Not overpoweringly sweet and gives a kochabi 叀早味 experience. Do order the large bowl recommended! - Cendol is also available. - owner of the place (uncle) was very welcoming and took our order immediately upon settling down. very courteous which is why owned a total of 5 stars. - Dine in option available but seating max of 4 tables if you dont mind sharing. - can get busy during lunch time, as many patrons flock by to grab a bite. Laksa Lemak (coconut milk) - you got to try this hands down awesome. Just look at the picture included. Very homey feel. Laksa vermicelli was soft firm yet not undercooked. Broth is very fragrant and loads of fish. One of the best laksa in the Northen territory of Malaysia ??

It's always a must visit place when I travel back to Perlis because I can never get this kind of food back in KL. There are 2 types of soup base you can choose, Asam Laksa and Lemak Laksa. Both are tasty but I personally prefer Lemak Laksa. The soup base is cooked with the asam skin and fish, well blended into the soup to give a rich taste. Don't forget to try out their ABC and cendol ice as well.

The shop owner has been operating the shop for almost 40 years. The owner is friendly, we had a small talk before leaving. They offer Laksa Lemak and Laksa Asam, both tastes great, each cost just RM5. The place has limited tables and chairs so you might have to wait during peak hours.

A trip to Perlis will be incomplete without eating the famous Beng Laksa and enjoy a cooling bowl of cendol. The 70 years old friendly owner Uncle Chuah has been selling for 40 years and we have a small talk before leaving.
